OVERSEAS MINISTRY OPPORTUNITY

The Solomons Islands Workgroup (SIW) requires a practising Christian to be appointed as Base Manager to lead the staff and operations at the S.W.I.M Mission Base in Honiara, Solomon Islands

Collaborative team leading and the ability to work sensitively cross-culturally are important skills for this role.

A negotiable package will be agreed on with the SIW Board, that meets the needs of the Mission Workers and the funds available from the CRCA. Packages will include comfortable on base accommodation, facilities and the use of a vehicle, superannuation, insurances, travel as required, and may include salary and any other necessary expenses.

The initial appointment is for 6 months, followed by a negotiable longer term appointment if desired.
